Description

Glycerol Ester Of Rosin also named Glycerol Ester Of Gum Rosin, it’s made of gum rosin and glycerol ester with stabilizing treatment. It can be perfectly dissolved in polymers. It comes with excellent adhesivity to be widely used in various adhesive manufactures, it is light color and economic type of tackifier material.

Features

» Glycerol Ester Of Gum Rosin can be dissolved in many solvent such as petroleum hydrocarbons, aromatics, ester, ketone, gasoline, benzene, acetic ether, acetone, turpentine and so on.
» Cannot be dissolved in water and alcohol.
» With light color, low-odor, anti-oxidization, thermal stability, strong adhesivity and other features. 
» Can be widely used with many polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, EVA, SIS, SBS etc.

Applications

» Can be used with polymers such as EVA、SBS & SIS to make industrial grade hot melt adhesive, acrylic adhesive etc.
» Solvent base adhesive for SBR rubber, natural rubber and acrylic.
» It can be polymerized with plant oil for phenolic paint, and improve the hardness and brightness.
» Can be used as tackifier and binder for road marking paint.

Packaging

Wrapped up with kraft bag, 25kgs/bag, 32bags/pallet, for 20’FCL, it can load 16 tons with pallet (20 pallets / 640 bags), and 18 tons without pallet (720 bags).

Storage & Transportation

Sealed well and stored in cool and dry place, can’t be stored and delivered together with pyrophorus, strong oxidants & acid.
